01 Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this website is the Senticube founding team. Contact: cmarabelcalderon@gmail.com.
02 What data we collect
Only what you provide in the “Express interest” form: your email address, the language you browse in, the section the sign-up came from and the sign-up date. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
03 Purpose and legal basis
We use your email exclusively to notify you about news, the launch and the pricing of Senticube. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
04 Where your data is stored
The data is stored in Supabase on infrastructure located in the European Union, protected by restrictive access controls: the form can only write, never read.
05 Retention
We will keep your email until the commercial launch of Senticube or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. It will then be deleted.
06 Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability (GDPR and LOPDGDD) at any time by writing to cmarabelcalderon@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
